Compass Counseling Services of Virginia is seeking BCBAs/Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBA) and BCaBAs/Licensed Assistant Behavior Analysts (LABA) who want to join our multi-disciplinary team. Compass is a community-focused agency providing home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and family support to families and their children with developmental challenges throughout Virginia. Our Valley Region is comprised of Harrisonburg, Staunton, Rockbridge, Roanoke, and New River Valley. Our Central Region is comprised of Charlottesville, Richmond, and Lynchburg. We are particularly in need of BCBAs/BCaBAs in our Charlottesville, Staunton, and New River Valley locations.

All candidates must be Board Certified Behavior Analysts or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts and have, or are eligible for, licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst or Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst in Virginia along with at least one year of direct experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Good candidates should also have supervisory experience.
