Grafton’s Applied Behavior Analysis department follows a data-driven, trauma-informed model to help the organization to develop successful plans of care and clients to thrive in a variety of settings. This position works primarily during the day, but may occasionally work early evening hours as needed.

Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments
Develop comprehensive behavior plans and oversee their implementation
Maintain client goals in Grafton’s electronic client system
Supervise Behavior Specialists providing in home and clinic based ABA treatment to clients
Conduct monthly treatment team meetings with families
Conduct hands on training for client’s families
Contribute to improvements in treatment approaches and ideas for marketability
Work both independently and as part of a larger, supportive team
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree , BCBA certification
Excellent rapport building skills
Ability to be creative in program development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of computer skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Reliable transportation
